How can I change my account information?

For any changes to your account information, please contact our support team at support@toastycard.com.

Can I delete my account?

We'd be truly sorry to see you go.

However, if you decide to delete your account, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to 'My Account' located under 'Settings'.
2. Find the 'Delete Account' button on the right-hand side.

Please be aware of the following consequences of account deletion:

• You won't be able to use our service anymore.
• All your order history and account data will be permanently erased.
• Any remaining balance in your account will not be refunded.
• This action is irreversible.

Forgot my password

Click 'Forgot your password?' on the log in page and enter the email address associated with your account. We will send you a code to reset your password.
