I sent a reward to the wrong email address. What can I do?

You can update the recipient's email address if the reward you sent has not been redeemed.


Here are the steps to update the email address:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the 'Order Management' page.
  3. Click on the order number with the incorrect recipient information.
  4. Under 'Recipients,' find the order you wish to update.
  5. Click on the Kebab icon (three vertically aligned dots) on the right-hand side.
  6. Select 'Update Email'.
