You can update the recipient's email address if the reward you sent has not been redeemed.
Here are the steps to update the email address:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the 'Order Management' page.
- Click on the order number with the incorrect recipient information.
- Under 'Recipients,' find the order you wish to update.
- Click on the Kebab icon (three vertically aligned dots) on the right-hand side.
- Select 'Update Email'.
