I sent a reward to the wrong email address. What can I do?

Orders & Refunds

You can resend the reward to a different email address if it has not been redeemed.

  1. Navigate to the 'Order Management' page, and click on the corresponding order.
  2. Under 'Recipients,' click on the kebab icon (three dots) beside the email you wish to update.
  3. Update to the correct email and resend.
