Yes, you can resend rewards if needed with Toasty.
When resending, you're not sending out a new reward; the original reward email will be resent to the original email address. There are no fees associated with resending a reward.
To resend a reward email:
- Go to 'Order Management' and click on the order associated with the reward.
- Click on the kebab icon (three dots) on the right-hand side, and click 'Resend.'
