Can I resend reward emails? Are there fees for resending?

Yes, you can resend rewards if needed with Toasty.

When resending, you're not sending out a new reward; the original reward email will be resent to the original email address. There are no fees associated with resending a reward.

To resend a reward email:

  1. Go to 'Order Management' and click on the order associated with the reward.
  2. Click on the kebab icon (three dots) on the right-hand side, and click 'Resend.'
