Head over to Settings → My Account → Company Info, hit Edit, and update anything you need — no support tickets or back-and-forth required.

W-9 Collection, Now Built Right In

Collecting W-9 forms doesn’t have to be a hassle anymore.

You can now set up your entities to gather and manage W-9s directly in Toasty’s portal, with all your compliance needs in one place.

1. Set up your entities under Settings → Tax Information.

 


2. After entering your entity details, select the entity and enable the “Collect W9” toggle to ensure all rewards are properly associated with that entity for accurate W-9 collection.
