You can now set up your entities to gather and manage W-9s directly in Toasty’s portal, with all your compliance needs in one place.
1. Set up your entities under Settings → Tax Information.
2. After entering your entity details, select the entity and enable the “Collect W9” toggle to ensure all rewards are properly associated with that entity for accurate W-9 collection.
3. You can view W9 submissions for applicable recipients under Settings → W9 Submission.
